Growing up in Albert Lea, Libby’s mom was a nurse and dad was a firefighter. They inspired her interest in a hands-on healthcare career. Then, when a lifelong shoulder injury was impacting her ability to play rugby in college, Libby sought care from a chiropractor. The injury, after decades, finally resolved, and she was able to continue playing without limitation. This motivated her to attend Northwestern Health Sciences University to pursue the profession. And she is still playing rugby today, due in great part to chiropractic care.
Libby views herself as a resource in a group of healers at ChiroCenter, who all have something to offer along the wellness journey. She believes each patient needs to find the approach that best works for them so their bodies can function optimally. Whether you suffer from acute injury or a chronic problem, Libby will work with you to listen to your body, assess your musculoskeletal system, and focus on your nutrition, exercise, and breath work. We only have one body – she will show you how to give back to it.
Outside of clinical practice, Libby still enjoys playing rugby as well as lifting weights and reading. She has a partner, Marty, two young kids, a dog, and a cat.

Kelsey’s career as a chiropractor started in 2020, but she knew she wanted to pursue this profession at age 14, while growing up in Mitchell, South Dakota. She turned to chiropractic care after injuring her knee during soccer practice. The treatment she received allowed her to remain active without medication until she was in a better situation to pursue surgery. It was a great lesson that taking control of your health isn’t always a one-time fix-all, it’s about persistent management and ongoing care. Now Kelsey has the opportunity to help others live full lives with the least amount of pain and reclaim the independence and autonomy that mobility provides.
She received formal training at Northwestern Health Sciences University, and also spent two years with an AmeriCorps program, learning firsthand about the importance of nutrition and physical activity resources in the community of Marshall, Minnesota. In Kelsey’s chiropractic practice, she also puts great emphasis on working with patients in a partnership because, oftentimes, healthcare can feel impersonal. She provides high-quality care and clear communications and expectations.
Outside of clinical practice, Kelsey has a partner, Nick, and a cat, Lucy. She enjoys drawing, calligraphy, embroidery, video games, gardening, candle making, and biking.

Sam’s interest in chiropractic started early in life. When she was little, she would walk on her dad’s back to “pop” it for him. As she got older, and too big to walk on his back, she switched to using her hands. In this way she learned to listen to her hands at a young age, and by the time she was in fourth grade, she knew she wanted a career in chiropractic care.
She received her formal training from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2012 and thoroughly enjoys the holistic approach to patient care that it allows her to take. Sam really likes her patients to understand what is going on in their bodies and why. She also really enjoys that in the Uptown neighborhood, she has the opportunity to help an amazingly diverse group of patients.
Now living in the Twin Cities, Sam grew up in Missouri. She now enjoys spending time in Montana, where her family vacations every year. Her family consists of her husband, Asher, their daughter Minna, cat Baloo, and their two Great Danes, Luna and Sophie. When she’s not hanging out with them or volunteering at the Upper Midwest Great Dane Rescue, she likes running, scuba diving, foraging, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
